Rental fees reduced for entrepreneurs in Minsk

Rental fees for spaces at market places and private trade centers in Minsk are reduced by 20 percent effective from January 1, 2009, according to a resolution signed by Minsk Mayor Mikhail Paulau on Monday.  The official news agency Belta reports that the measure is introduced in order to compensate the expenditures of entrepreneurs after the 20-percent devaluation of the Belarusian rubel. Landlords are now ordered to make a fresh account of the rental fees.
