Ales Yaudaha paid fine but penalty interest is imposed
The book distributor has paid the fine of 57 million roubles.
Most of the sum was collected within several days with the help of a great number of people, Radio Liberty reports quoting Ales Yaudaha.
However, a penalty interest has been imposed on him (2.7 million roubles or 5% of the sum). He is accused of a delay.
The court's decision was pronounced on September 14 but he received the bank details only on February 18, 2013, Yaudaha said. The court thinks that the book distributor had to pay the fine within a month after the court's decision was pronounced. Yaudaha disagrees with it and has lodged a complaint.
