Let us remind you, Andrzej Poczobut was put in the pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Hrodna under the accusation of insulting the President. An investigation procedure was also started against him for dissemination of slander information about the President.
The case is based on Andrzej Poczobut's publications in "Gazeta Wyborcza" (Warsaw), in his blog and in the web-site "Belarusian Partisan".
