Eurasian Economic Union may be created by 2015
Dmitry Medvedev has informed this after the negotiations of the presidents of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan.
Alongside with that, the Russian President does not exclude that they might unite earlier, if there are corresponding pre-conditions, informs RIA Novosti. According to Medvedev, no country will have any advantages before the others.
