Investigatory Committee to deal with Julia Stsyapanava case
The girl has already appealed to the police and is going to a medical examination.
Julia Stsyapanava has told the following to Euroradio:
"I am going to the
medical examination, they obliged me to do so. I appealed to the police
yesterday. They told me they would investigate the case, transfer it to the
Investigatory Committee".
Euroradio reminds, there was an attack on the "European Belarus"
activist at night on January 13-14. Two unknown men approached Julia near her
house in Hlebki Street, knocked her down to the snow and cropped her hair.
After that they let her go. Stsyapanava thinks that the attack is connected
with her civil activity - she collects aid for the political prisoners'
families.
