Lukashenka's spokesman refuses to reveal names of pardoned prisoners
According to Pavel Lyohki, he could do it only upon the personal agreement of the pardoned persons.
He has told this to the Kazakh branch of Radio Liberty. Let us remind you, the Belarusian leader and his spokesman are in Astana at the moment, attending the CSTO summit.
Lyohki has said that, according to the practice of law implementation, names of people who ask for pardon and receive it are not diclosed officially. According to him, such practice is connected with the rights of a person, the rights of a man pardoned by a state leader.
