Meteorologists: Severe frosts expected this January
The weather will be changing in the first months of 2013. The temperature will go down from +2 C to -27 C.
According to the TV-channel
"Belarus-1", despite the abnormally warm
January days the Belarusians will not be left without the Christmas frosts this
year.
According to the forecasts, the arctic air will bring -20-25 C at night and -10
C in the daytime in the middle of January. The cold is expected to come on
January 4.
Dzmitry Rabau, head of the hydro-meteorological forecasts
service of the Republican Hydro-Meteorological Center says that the second half
of January will beat the record of low temperatures.
