Officers of court come to Poczobuts' apartment
They wanted to record the property to take fines from Andrzej Poczobut.
The journalist's wife Aksana has informed about this. She said to the court officers that all house equipment had been recorded by the KGB before. It happened as soon as they started a criminal case against the journalist from Hrodna.
Aksana Poczobut has said live on air to Euroradio that Andrzej asked her not to pay any fines until the court trial was over.
Let us remind you, the trial against Poczobut started on June 14, the next hearing is appointed on June 23.
The journalist is accused of slander and insult of the state leader. The public prosecutor found grounds for this in his articles, published in "Gazeta Wyborcza", website "Belarusian Partisan", and one of his livejournal posts. Poczobut faces up to 4 years of imprisonment.
