Appeals to start the all-Belarusian strike on July 3 appeared at the Vitsebsk "Free City's Free Forum" in Siarhej Ryzhou's post. Siarhej Ryzhou participated in the latest presidential election. Editor Siarzhuk Serabro was supposed to answer to the post. He has told Euroradio about his visit to the "authorities".
