"Young Front" activists detained in Minsk
They are Uladzimir Yaromenak and Nasta Palazhanka.
They were going to mark the 20th anniversary of the day when the white-red-white flag and the "Chaser" coat-of-arms were declared state symbols.
The youngsters planned to hoist several national flags in the capital, the "Young Front" web-site informs. They were detained by police and delivered to the Central district police department. Yaromenak managed to send a text message on this to his friends at 7.30 a.m.
