They are Uladzimir Yaromenak and Nasta Palazhanka.

The youngsters planned to hoist several national flags in the capital, the "Young Front" web-site informs. They were detained by police and delivered to the Central district police department. Yaromenak managed to send a text message on this to his friends at 7.30 a.m.
