Russia may use Ukraine to block transit of Venezuelan crude to Belarus

Minsk and Kiev last week failed to agree on Venezuelan crude transit fees. The agreement was postponed, reports the Ukrainian web Economicheskiye Izvestiya.  Commentators reckon the two countries have to take into account the views of Russia.

If Belarus wants to pump oil through Odessa-Brody pipeline, Russia's stance may become crucial.
