Interior minister says knows nothing about drones missing since 25 March concert

Minister of Internal Affairs Ihar Shunevich has claimed to know nothing about the drones that went missing during the Freedom Day concert in central Minsk. They were probably not stolen and it could have been just be some osrt of ‘technical failure’, he told Euroradio.

Several drones covering the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian Peoples’ Republic near the Opera Theater in central Minsk were intercepted and seized on 25 March, Euroradio reported earlier. Some of the missing drones belonged to media outlets (tut.by, Belsat) and to private individuals. The owners filed complaints with the police but have received no information as of writing.
