Spokesman for Russian authorities in Crimea changes name to get into Poland
To get to Poland, representative of the Russian administration of Crimea Dmitry Polonsky changed his name. Polish passport control service mistakenly let him into their territory, UNIAN reports.
Mr Polonsky, Vice-Premier of the 'Crimean government', is in the black list of the EU. It means that Polish border guards we supposed to detain him. However, it turned out that Dmitry Polonsky had a different name in the passport, whi ch was not on the sanctions list. "It confused the Border Guard Service," said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Grzegorz Schetyna. He promised that such incidents will not repeat in future.
In Poland, the Crimean official spoke at the OSCE meeting where he read a report on the life of the peninsula under the Russian government. He criticized the Report of the Human Rights Assessment Mission on Crimea. He called it a collection of "absolute lies, fabricated facts, unproven allegations."
