Stand with Yaraslau Ramanchuk’s portrait spoilt in Brest
A drunk hooligan has spoilt a stand with the portrait of a potential presidential contender Yaraslau Ramanchuk, reports BelaPAN. The incident occurred near the entrance to a trade center “East” in Partisan Avenue yesterday afternoon. There was a picket for collecting signatures for the candidate. The middle-age man was drunk. He approached the stand and hit it a few times. A member of the initiative group who was working at the picket called the police. Policemen drew up a report for hooliganism against the man.
