Lida school food plant has been checked by the state control and sanitary services. Violations were found both at the plant and school cafeterias.
As the chairwoman of the Lida Inter-District Committee of State Control, Svyatlana Sivirchukova, said on air of ONT, five random school cafeterias were checked in Lida.
"Five of them were closed, I mean kitchens. We found there the Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, coliform group of bacteria and insects - cockroaches," said Svyatlana Sivirchukova. She said that the inspections will take place not only in Lida, but also throughout the region.
