Ukraine troops repell separatists’ attack near Sloviansk, Izyum - reports
Armed militants tried to attack a roadblock of Ukrainian troops near Sloviansk in the evening on May 20, censor.net us reports.
Head of the information group of the antiterrorist operation Valdimir Seleznyov has reported it. About 40 people armed with guns and sniper rifles attacked the Ukraine troops’ roadblock near Sloviansk. The attackers had to retreat after shaving shot at the roadblock with grenade launchers.
About 20 armed separatists also tried attacking a column of Ukrainian soldiers on the night of May 20 near Izyum.
No civilians or Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in both attacks.
