A topless young woman started shouting in presence of Belarus and Ukraine presidents Alikansadr Lukashenka and Petro Poroshenko during the ceremony of signing an agreement on cultural cooperation between the two countries until 2021.
Belarus Culture Minister Barys Sviatlou was sitting at the table and Aliaksandr Lukashenka standing behind him, when a black-skinned woman opened her breast that had the Long Live Belarus! slogan and started running in front of numerous TV cameras.
Ukraine president's guards reacted immediately and removed the activist from the hall within several seconds. However, she had managed to shout in English "Stop dictatorship!".
According to FEMEN, Angelina Diash registered for the ceremony as a representative of the press.
In 2011, Femen staged a bold protest in Minsk on the doorsteps of KGB headquarters. The activists were eventually found and caught by unidentified men who took them to a forest near the border with Ukraine, beat them and splashed green paint on ther hair.
