Yarosh asks Kiev to arm his men in East Ukraine
The Right Sector has connections with the patriotic youth living in Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts where pro-Russia militants are acting now.
The organization is asking the Ukrainian authorities to give weapons to its members, presidential candidate and leader of the Right Sector Dmytro Yarosh claimed. The young people are ready to struggle for Ukraine’s territorial integrity and defend their cities and villages, he said.
Members of the Right Sector have joined the Ukrainian Army battalions of territorial defense in the eastern regions, Yarosh added. Up to 1 thousand members of his party have joined the National Guard and the mobilization reserve reaches 10 thousand soldiers, the politician noted.
"We are not planning to use force in the country because we understand that we do not need another Makhnovia ,” UNIAN quotes Yarosh.
