Zmitser Dashkevich explains why no action is dated for Valentine’s Day
He does not blame “the bloody regime”, he blames “negligent” organizers.
Zmitser Dashkevich: “The reasons are well-known – negligence and slovenliness. The decease has spread… But we are hoping that such actions will be held in the future although some people doubt it. We will fight this negligence.”
The Young Front has been conducting Valentine’s Day actions since the 1990s. Despite the fact that the actions were nonpolitical, their participants were arrested many times.
Traditionally, people make presents to their lovers and declare their feelings on this day.
