The Internet community "Third Way" has blocked the operation of the web site of Alexander Kozulin, the former presidential contender and currently a political prisoner. The Third Way has accused the administration of this web resource of sending out anonymous letters around the web.
The letters would often be signed by "anonymous special service agents". The Third Way said Aleg Volchek, one of the site's managers and the lawyer to Mr. Kozulin, could be the author of those letters. Volchek is refuting allegations.
