17 thousand Minsk flats left without electricity, gas and hot water supply
More than 17 thousand Minsk flats are deprived of electricity, gas and hot water supply. Their owners are punished for not paying for communal services for more than 2 months. According to the “Minsk-News” agency, 10 appeals for expulsion of Minskers from their flats for non-payment for communal services and violation of the terms of flat usage were satisfied in the first 7 months of this year. On the whole, there were 159 appeals.
