22-year-old journalist Igor Kostenko died in Kiev
His body was found near the October Palace.
"He died for freedom and justice. May the hero’s memory live forever,” Ukrainian mass media report.
Igor Kostenko was a geography student born in Ternopol Oblast. He worked for the edition Sportanalitika.
Vesti journalist Vyacheslav Veramiy died in hospital earlier. Strangers dragged him out of the taxi near MihailovskayaSrquare in Kiev and shot him in the chest. The journalist had a 4-year-old son.
