60 people can be amnestied in Pinsk
60 prisoners registered in Pinsk District Department of the Interior can be amnestied. The decision whether to amnesty each of them will be taken by the prosecutor. The first 23 Pinskers were amnestied after a detailed study of their personal files. The others will be waiting for the important decision for the next few weeks.
