Action of solidarity with Belarus to take place in Euromaidan in Kyiv
The action of solidarity with Belarus is to begin at 1 p.m. in Maidan of Independence to mark the 3rd anniversary of Square dispersal in Minsk.
The participants of the action will unfold a big Belarusian flag while Belarusian and Ukrainian politicians will make speeches from the stage. After that, the column of activists will move tot he Belarusian Embassy in Kyiv, where the assembly will take place. They plan to pass an appeal with a demand to release all Belarusian political prisoners and hold free elections tot he Embassy.
The event is organized by the Belarusian Center in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Committee on Political Prisoners Release.
