Activists fined Br20 million for last year’s street action in Minsk

Civil activists have been fined for a street action held in Minsk last year. Alyaksandr Makayeu and Maksim Vinyarski’s case was considered in Maskouski District Court on Tuesday. They were returned guilty of violating the order of organization of mass actions. They held an action in memory of the missing politicians and anniversary of the constitutional referendum of 1996 on November 24, 2015 in Minsk.

Makayeu was fined for Br 9 million 450 thousand and Vinyarski – for 10 million 500 thousand roubles, BelaPAN reports.
