Author of anti-Belarus articles detained in Brest

The author of the article where Belarus was called ‘a crazy sub-state’ and the Belarusian accent was called ‘a sign of humble birth’. This is Dzmitry Alimkin, 45, a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration. He was detained on December 6. The riot police searched his flat, nn.by refers to Alimkin’s wife. He is in a Minsk detention centre now. The man is suspected of ‘arousing national, racial or religious hostility’. Author of Russian imperial websites, BSUIR teacher Yury Paulavets, was also detained on December 6, Euroradio reported.

Alimkin used to work for Belgosstrah for a long time. He has been a school watchman until now. He wrote articles for Russian websites. For instance, h was the author of the edition Regnum known under the one name Alla Bron.  Alla Bron wrote numerous insulting articles about Belarus.
