Begger from Belarus sold detonators in Moscow
A 48-year-old resident of Belarus was arrested in Moscow when trying to sell detonators. He was begging in the Russian capital and collecting bottles. Once he found three detonators in a dump and decided to sell them in order to get money for a train ticket to Belarus, reports the Interfax news agency.
The man was offering the detonators at a local market. The police was tipped off and detained the Belarusian who is facing criminal charges for the dissemination of explosives.
