Belarus’ external debt reaches $12.3 billion
It has increased by 314 million 100 thousand dollars or 2.6% since January 2013.
The national debt was 144.3 trillion roubles on October 1. It increased by 15.5 trillions or 12.1% since the beginning of the year. The increase was mostly caused by the increase of the external debt, Interfax-West reports.
