Belarus’ foreign debt reaches 17.6 billion dollars
It increased by 16% in the first six months of 2009. The information has been presented by Belstat.
“Nasha Niva” notes that the foreign debt may exceed 20 billion dollars or about 35% of the GDP by the end of 2009.
