Belarus PM urges citizens to tip off about drunkards
Belarusian Prime Minister Siarhei Sidorski reckons that the responsibility of citizens should be strengthened for the alcoholism of the people who surrund them. The prime minister is convinced that not only repressive methods should be used. Those who report about the drinking cases shouold be encouraged.
He has proposed to use the experience of Switzerland and Germany.
"People who will report to the government agencies about those who, for instance, driver under influence, should be encouraged", Sidorski said at a meeting at the Council of Ministers, reports Interfax
