Belarus to raise fuel retail costs by 10 percent

Belneftekhim, Belarus' petrochemical monopoly, will soon raise the retail costs of fuel by 10 percent, the company told the Interfax news agency. The presidium of the Council of Ministers has approved the measure.

Economists say that the increase in the fuel costs will lead to higher prices for all the goods due to higher transportation costs.
