Belarusian agricultural exports increase 7% following Russian embargo
In August 2014 exports of agricultural products totalled more than $325 million dollars.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, there was an increase of 107.2%. if compared with August 2013.
BelaPAN reports that compared with July 2014, exports increased by 61 million dollars. Moreover, 99% of Belarusian exports went to the Russian Federation.
Thus, compared to August last year, this August cooked meats' export increased 1.6 times, milk products - 1.9 times, oil - 1.3 times, cheese - 1.5 times.
