Activists of the Civil sector of Euromaidan have organized the action today, on February 14.
Over a dozen people expressed solidarity with the young men from Barysau who were prosecuted for taking a photo with banners in support of Ukrainian protesters.
“Ukrainian people are solidary with Belarusian people struggling for their rights,” one of the picket organizers, Oleg Slabospitski, said. The activists were holding banners Something is Wrong, Common Heroes, Common Enemies, and a portrait of Belarusian Mihail Zhyzneuski who had died at the barricades in Kiev for the freedom of Ukraine.
