Belarusians to pay $35 for jail
The Council of Ministers has decided it.
The sum will compensate the expenses for keeping people in jail. They will have to pay 325 thousand roubles on release.
If they refuse to pay, the money will be recovered “by a notary public without any possibility to appeal the decision”.
