Billboard with abusive language in Minsk – vandalism? (photo)
Obscene slogan was seen on a bigboard Yakub Kolas and Surhanau Streets intersection in Minsk.
Euroradio asked the company Bigboard to comment on it. It was done by vandals, they said:
Bigboard representative: “It was done by vandals, the billboard has already been removed.”
