Brest city offers disabled taxi service

A specially-equipped minivan taxi for disabled has begun operating in Brest.
The vehicle has been bought by the city government and is operated by the Center for Social Services to the Population.

Disabled clients pay a much lower fare than users of ordinary taxis.
