Cat graffiti eliminated in Minsk (photo)

The graffiti of a cat has been removed from a Minsk yard near Horky Park. It was painted by the group Taktak, kaktutzhit.by reports. The thing is, the administration of Partyzanski District had given permission to paint the cat there.

Supposedly, the graffiti was eliminated by local communal services.
