Citizens to pay for graffiti removal in lifts

Inhabitants of blocks of flats will have to pay for the removal of graffiti in lifts, Minsk-News reports. The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services has expanded the list of services citizens have to pay for recently. The removal of inscriptions and graffiti will be done at at people’s expense now.

The communal services will assess the damage and the sum will be divided between the inhabitants of the block of flats.
