Council of Republic approves decree about gratuitous foreign assistance

The Council of the Republic of the National Assembly has approved Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s decree on changes and amendments to the rules of receiving and using gratuitous foreign assistance today.

It is not supposed to be used for “extremist activities or other things forbidden by the Belarusian legislation”.
