CSTO military grouping created in absence of Belarus

CSTO leaders have signed an agreement on creation of the Collective Forces of Efficient Reaction (CFER) in the absence of the Belarusian President. RIA “Novosti” informs about it referring to the Russian President Dmitrii Medvedev. A document including the agreement on the Collective Forces and the decision of the Collective Security Council on the composition of the CFER has been signed in Moscow.

Let us remind you that the Belarusian delegation has not attended the CSTO summit today, on June 14. The official Minsk explained this step by Russia’s “economic discrimination” in connection with the milk issue.
