Customs to control fuel in Belarus
The Belarus's State Committee of Customs is to introduce from March 1 the customs clearence for petrol and diesel exported by phisical entities.
The measures are being introduced to put the outflow of fuel abroad under government's control and to prevent illegal businessmen from trading fuel, said Andrej Planin, the deputy chief of customs controls.
Additional tanks on vehicles are to be targeted in the first place. The citizens who travel across the border more than once within three days will have to register as individual entrepreneurs or to pay customs duties
Members of the official foreign delegations, diplomats and the state officials on business trips, and physical entities going for a health rehabilitation will be waived from the measure, reports BELTA.
