Deceased girl’s father: Not all culprits standing trial

Ecomedservice trial is being held in Minsk October District Court.

The sum of the compensation does not matter to him, Yury Kubarau claimed. He does not want anyone to speculate on it. It is just a symbolic sum needed to punish the culprits. He considers himself a well-to-do person.

The whole group that conducted the operation should be made responsible for his daughter’ death, Kubarau thinks. Meanwhile, only the anaesthetist and the director of the medical centre are standing trial.

Ecomedservcie hearing should be a show trail like Kavalyou and Kanavalau’s case, Kubarau thinks. All the culprits (the doctors and nurses) should be punished according to the law and forbidden to work in healthcare to prevent future damage, the deceased girl’s father said.
