Distribution of explosive devices making guides to be punished with fines
The House of Representatives has adopted the bill that prescribes such administrative responsibility in the second reading.
The draft bill prescribes adding of the article setting responsibility for production and distribution of instructions and other materials explaining how to make explosive devices and explosive substances, to the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The administrative responsibility will be a fine (Br 1-5 million), "with confiscation of the subject of the administrative offense". Individual entrepreneurs will be fined for Br 5-10 million, legal entities - Br 10-50 million, informs Interfax-West.
The KGB Chairman Valery Vakulchyk has said this May that the information on how to make explosive substances "is freely available on the internet". The cases when some citizens keep it on the electronic data carriers happen once in a while. According to Vakulchyk, "underage persons who try to commit explosives" raise the deepest concern in this regard.
