Drunk driver taking a girl to kindergarten in Hrodna (video)
The incident happened at 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 24.
The traffic policemen stopped a Volvo. The 3-year-old driver appeared to be drunk (there were 1.5 per mille of ethylene in the air). A little girl was in the car, the man was taking her to the kindergarten, informs the press-office of Hrodna regional traffic police.
The anti-alcohol amendments tot he legislation came in force today. They prescribe more severe punishment for drunk drivers. The Volvo driver has become the first drunk driver detained in Hrodna on Thursday.
