Court attaches Ecomedservice property - Br10.2 billion
Two men from a private medical center are standing trial at Minsk's Kastrycnicki District Court over post-surgery death of a patient.
25-year-old Hrodna inhabitant Yuliya Kybarava died after a nose job in the medical centre Ecomedservice in spring 2013. The director general and the chief engineer of the centre are charged with negligence. The anaesthetist is accused of negligence that resulted in a patient’s death. All of them are not allowed to leave the state.
Yuliya Kubarava’s parents demand a compensation of Br10 billion from Ecomedservice. They demanded to attach the property of the medical centre on Friday. As a result, the property was attached - Br10 billion 20 million.
