Ecomedservice trial to continue on January 10 (UPDATED)
Yuliya Kubarava’s parents have demanded a compensation of 10 billion roubles from Ecomedservice.
This is the average compensation demanded in European countries in such cases, Yury Kubarau said.

The trial will be resumed at 10 a.m. on January 10. It will be done because the deceased girl’s mother, Ala Kubarava, has been recognized an aggrieved person and plaintiff. She will have to study the case papers now.
The accused are refusing to comment on anything.

About 25 or 30 people are present in the court room. Deceased Yuliya Kubarava’s father is among them. The girl’s mother is a witness and will be summoned to court on Monday, January 13.
The first subject of the motion is compensation of moral and material damage.

25-year-old Hrodna inhabitant Yuliya Kubarava did not come to her senses after a nose job in Minsk medical centre Ecomedservice in March 2013. The patient died in hospital #4 four weeks later.
