Election betting in Vitsebsk
The local newspaper Vitsbichy has offered readers to bet on MP candidates before the upcoming parliamentary elections. By 26 september, readers are invited to send the list of candidates that will become MPs from local constituencies. The person who will be the first to name the correct names of MPs, will get a prize. Since the prize is only one, people should hurry up.
