Every fifth inhabitant of Braslavy District is Russian
According to the First National Channel, Braslavy District can already be called Belarusian Podmoskovye. Almost 20% of the city and district inhabitants are those who exchanged their Moscow and Saint Petersburg flats for houses in one of the most picturesque places in Belarus. By the way, about 20 thousand Russian citizens received Belarusian citizenship in the past few years.
