Every tenth person in the Braslau district of Viciebsk region was registered in the database of "social parasites," according to the report of the local newspaper. It recently wrote that "at the moment, there are more than 2.5 thousand people included in the database of able-bodied citizens who are not employed in the economy".
The stats show that there were 25,500 inhabitants in the Braslau district in 2018. It is unlikely that this number has increased in recent years.
