Fares not to be decreased in connection with cancellation of benefits - Minsktrans
Fares in Minsk public transport will not be decreased in connection with the cancellation of benefits.
The head of the financial and economic department of “Misnktrans” Hanna Mihailouskaya informed ERB about it. According to her, it would be necessary to access the results of the cancellation of benefits first and to see what would be the new income before deciding whether to change the fare.
At the moment the issue of lowering the fare is not even discussed. Let us remind you that all students’ and pensioners’ discounts for using public transport will be canceled in Belarus on December 17.
